Results update live. The 3D stage below shows your setup — your LED wall and speaker choices are shared between tools.

Inputs

Speakers needed
4
L/R pair + 2 fills
Coverage / box
6.0 m
Width at front row (3.0 m)
Front-row SPL
114.0 dB
at 3.2 m, one box
Back-row SPL
96.0 dB
at 25.0 m, one box
Back row falls 4.0 dB short of the 100 dB target. Add delay speakers part-way back, choose a louder box, or consider a line array. Front-to-back level difference: 18.0 dB — large; delays would even this out.
How this is calculated
  • Coverage width at throw D = 2 × D × tan(H° ÷ 2). We evaluate it at the front row, where coverage is narrowest.
  • Speakers ≈ 1 + ceil((venue width − one coverage width) ÷ (coverage width × (1 − overlap))), minimum 1. Stereo layout uses at least an L/R pair, rounded to even.
  • SPL = sensitivity + 10·log10(watts) − 20·log10(distance), inverse-square law, one box, free field. Distances include height difference to 1.5 m ears.
  • Multiple boxes covering the same seat add level (two coherent boxes ≈ +3 to +6 dB); rooms add reflections. Not included here.

Planning estimate only. Final system design, rigging loads and safety must be confirmed on site and with manufacturer data.
