The band
A live set fails in two familiar ways: the audience cannot hear a clear mix, or the band cannot hear themselves. The job is both. We line-check inputs, sound-check before guests are in the room when the venue allows that time, and mix from a position in the room.
Tell us the lineup in plain language. A singer and an acoustic guitar is not the same patch as a full band with drums. We do not need a branded rider template.
Speeches, playback and screens
Many nights are a host, a few speeches, playback, and then a band. Each of those needs an input that is ready before that segment starts. If a presentation or an LED wall is part of the programme, say what will be shown and who is advancing the slides or the video.
Use the LED screen calculator if you want a cabinet count, resolution and viewing-distance estimate to attach. We still confirm the screen plan against the actual hall.
On the day
Load-in, line check, sound check, the show, and pack-down are the support we mean. If something in that chain needs attention during the programme, that is part of being there.
Send the start and end you expect so the quote matches the day.
